If you want to save a video from your SkyBell, follow these steps to save the video file onto your phone/tablet camera roll.
The process is as follows:
- Tap on Activity (Bell Icon)
- Find the video you wish to save
- Tap on the 3 Vertical Dots on the upper right of the thumbnail
- A popup will appear saying, "Choose an Action"
- Tap Download
| Be Sure to allow the SkyBell app permissions to download the video to your camera roll. |
- Once the video is downloaded, you will receive a confirmation. Check your device camera/photo roll to confirm the video is now safely downloaded to your phone.
