Mobile Device Notification Settings

To customize the sound that plays when a push notification is received, you can do the following:
 

• Open SkyBell app
• Tap Account
• Tap the green chevron to the right of Notifications
• When selecting a sound:
  • To preview a sound, tap the play button
  • To set a sound, tap the sound, then select Set for Doorbell or Set for Motion
• Tap Save Changes

To adjust the notification sound for the SkyBell app, you can do the following:

• Find the SkyBell notification permissions through either of these methods:
  1. Settings App > Notifications > App notifications > SkyBell > SkyBell Device Alerts
  2. Settings App > Apps > SkyBell > Notifications > SkyBell Device Alerts
  3. Find your SkyBell icon, tap and hold the icon, tap ⓘ App Info > Notifications > SkyBell Device Alerts
• Tap on Sound
• Select a new sound option
