Currently, SkyBell's free Managed Cloud Server saves videos for a minimum of three (3) days based on the time the video is captured. Once a video hits the end of the rolling three-day mark, it will be automatically removed from Activity History and purged permanently from the SkyBell Managed Cloud Server.
If at any point a user deletes a video from the Activity History via the SkyBell App it will be automatically removed from Activity History and purged permanently from the SkyBell Managed Cloud Server.
Any videos that are listed on the SkyBell Activity History can be downloaded to your mobile device. By downloading a copy of the video you can always save the videos to your mobile device to keep as long as you need.
