SkyBell Trim II ProThe SkyBell Trim II Pro is our latest video doorbell device. New features include the ability to connect to both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi networks, motion detection that can detect human bodies and faces, more granular control over motion zones. You can see the Serial Number and model information by clicking the Gear Icon in the app and selecting Device Information. On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well. This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze. |

SkyBell ChimeThe SkyBell Chime is a wireless doorbell chime that works exclusively with the SkyBell app and is incompatible with partner apps. The SkyBell Chime is designed to ring when someone presses the button on your SkyBell and additionally acts as a Wi-Fi extender for SkyBell devices. |

These devices are retired and will not work on any app.
SkyBell HD V3.1This device only works on the SkyBell HD app, which was retired in July 2024. Both this device and the SkyBell HD app are no longer supported. You can see the Serial Number and model information by clicking the Gear Icon in the app and selecting Device Information. On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well. This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze. |
