If your visitor cannot hear you when you try to speak to them through the Live Stream functionality of the SkyBell app, please check these things:
- The microphone button in the watch live screen is push-to-talk
- Ensure you press and hold the microphone button when speaking into your mobile device's microphone
- Try increasing the Live Stream Volume setting
- Ensure you've given microphone permissions to the SkyBell app
- If you are unsure whether you've allowed microphone permissions, delete and reinstall your SkyBell app

- After you log-in to your SkyBell account, the first time you watch live, allow the microphone permissions when asked
