Methods on how to check your SkyBell notification permissions in Android

• Open your phone's Settings application >> Notifications >> App notifications >> SkyBell
• Open your phone's Settings application >> Apps >> See all apps >> SkyBell >> Notifications
  • Make sure that All SkyBell notifications are enabled.

Adjusting your SkyBell Doorbell and Motion notifications

• Look for Miscellaneous
• Make sure that the switch for Miscellaneous is enabled.
• Open Miscellaneous
  • Pop on screen
    
    • When device is unlocked, show notifications as a banner across the top of the screen.
    • Note: This option is disabled by default.
  • Sound
    • You can customize the notification sound that plays when there is a doorbell or motion event at your SkyBell.
  • Vibration
    • Note: This option is disabled by default.
  • Lock Screen
    • Control whether or not you want a SkyBell notification to appear on your lock screen
  • .Show notification dot
    • This will show a dot on your SkyBell app icon in your home screen if there are any pending notifications.
  • Override Do Not Disturb
    • Let these notifications continue to interrupt when Do Not Disturb is on.
