SkyBell offers different Live Stream Video Resolutions to chose from.
We do this to ensure your SkyBell provides the best Live View possible depending on any constraints that may exist with your SkyBell Hardware, Home Network, or Internet Connection.
To review the Live Stream Resolution options, open your SkyBell Gen5 App, and navigate to:
My Devices >> Device Gear Icon (upper right corner) >> Live Stream Resolution
When troubleshooting any Live Stream Video issues, we suggest setting the Live Stream Video to the lowest setting first, and test on each resolution up, until the video loads to your satisfaction.
Please Note: REGARDLESS OF LIVE STREAM VIDEO SETTINGS, ALL SKYBELL DEVICES RECORD AND SAVE ACTIVITY HISTORY IN 720p GOOD
