Selecting Custom Motion Detection
Depending on the model of SkyBell, your device motion sensor can detect motion, human bodies, or faces that enter your SkyBell’s field of vision. Here you can tune the motion detection to avoid triggering false notifications, but sensitive enough to detect the things you want notifications for.
There are several options available with the Custom Motion Detection Settings, and you can pick and choose what variables will trigger the motion sensor on your SkyBell.

If at any time you want to start over, you can always tap Reset To Default Rules, Clear Motion Rules, Choose from Preset Rules, or tap on Custom Settings On at the bottom right of the page to disable Custom Motion Detection.
After your changes are made, select Save Motion Changes at the bottom of the page.
