These instructions will walk you through deleting your SkyBell account.
| The account delete feature been added as of version 1.238.2, be sure you have the latest version of the SkyBell App installed on your mobile device. |
To delete your SkyBell Account
- While logged in to the SkyBell App
- Tap on the Account option (person icon) on the lower left of your SkyBell app screen.
- Scroll to bottom of screen and tap on Delete Account (trash can icon).
- You will be prompted for your current SkyBell account password.
- Enter your password
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT
- You will be prompted for your current SkyBell account password.
If you do not have active Premium Services
- You will recieve the first of two prompts confirming your wish to delete the account.
- Read and confirm to continue
- If you change your mind tap cancel
- You will get a second of two confirmation prompts
- Read and confirm to continue
- If you change your mind tap cancel
If you have active Premium Services
- You will recieve a prompt informing you to contact support to continue the account deletion process.
Please Note:
All data and content is purged from the SkyBell Cloud at the end of the 30th day*. If you change your mind within 30 days* of deleting your account, you must contact Customer Service / Technical Support to use the same email address again. |
* The 30 day count starts when the user triggers the second confirmation to delete the account.
