As SkyBell has evolved we are expanding existing services, and adding new services.
| Currently the Premium Services are Free during our Beta Test Window. All Beta Testers will have full access to the features during this time. Once we determine the conclusion date of the Beta Test Window we will provide an additional 30 days of free Premium service as a thank you to our amazing testers! |
How to Enable Premium Services
- Log into your SkyBell Gen5 App.
- Tap on ACCOUNT on the bottom menubar of the SkyBell app.
- Once in account, under the "MY ACCOUNT" section, tap where is says, "SkyBell Premium".
- On the page you will see a button with an option to either: Add, Renew, or Cancel Premium services.
- Tap the button and follow the directions on the page.
- On the page you will see a button with an option to either: Add, Renew, or Cancel Premium services.
- Once in account, under the "MY ACCOUNT" section, tap where is says, "SkyBell Premium".
- Tap on ACCOUNT on the bottom menubar of the SkyBell app.
What Premium Services are Available
Currently, the services we have available during the Beta Test Are:
- RapidSOS 911 Feature
- AI Face Recognition (Available on Trim II Pro)
- Custom Ring Tones
