These instructions will walk you through creating a SkyBell account.
Be sure you have the latest version of the SkyBell App installed on either an Android or iOS mobile device. Get the SkyBell App Here
Open the SkyBell App
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see, “Don’t have an account? Sign Up”
- Tap Sign Up
On the Next Page enter
- First Name
- Last Name
- Valid Email Address
- EMAIL ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER SIGNUP
- Password
- Password must have:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 special character
- At least 1 numerical character
- Password must have:
IMPORTANT You will need to read and agree to the terms and conditions, and privacy policy before continuing with the account creation. |
- If you agree, tap the circle next to the statement, "By continuing, you are setting up a SkyBell account and agree to our terms, conditions, and privacy policy".
- To continue tap the "Sign Up" button on the bottom of the page
After tapping Sign Up, you will be taken to a new page.
- The next screen you will be prompted to enter a special six (6) digit code.
This code is generated by SkyBell and will be emailed to the address you provided during signup.
The special six (6) digit code will be coming from no-reply@skybell.network. If you have not received the code after 30 seconds to a minute check your Spam/Junk folders or add the no-reply@skybell.network to your email providers online address book or whitelist. |
- Enter in the special six (6) digit code. If the code is entered correctly, you will be automatically taken to the next page where you can start setting up your notifications and sync your SkyBell.
