SkyBell sends different emails depending on the use case (orders, support tickets, password resets, account sharing, etc.) However, there are times where you do not receive the expected email. Typically, when this happens, it's due to your email spam settings blocking, filtering, or sorting out our email.
Here are a couple of solutions that may work depending on your email providers setup.
1) Add The SkyBell email to your Address Book / Contact List
Most email providers use an integrated address book as a safe list. Meaning, any email address in the online or webmail address book gets to bypass the inbound spam filter. Review our addresses below and add what you need to your address book.

2) SkyBell email is in the Spam / Junk Folder
When this happens most email programs have a "Not Junk / Spam" option. Select the SkyBell email and teach your mail program that it is a safe sender.

3) Gmail users: Check "All Mail"
Gmail uses labels as folders and will auto assign the email to a folder/label that its algorithm thinks is correct. If you are looking for the email, find the "All Mail" folder/label on the left-hand side menu in Gmail. Next at the top of the Gmail page, use the "Search Mail" option and look up SkyBell. Anything it finds it will tell you what folder/label it is nested in.

4) Other Mail Options
If you tried the above steps, or you're not sure how your email provider manages spam filters, we strongly suggest contacting your email providers support team for help in whitelisting/ allowing SkyBell emails.
