| Soft Reset |
- Press and hold the SkyBell Button down.
- While holding the button down the SkyBell LEDs will rapidly blink Green, then flash Red/Green, then blink Blue.
- Let go of the button when the LED is flashing Blue

| Hard (Factory) Reset* |
- Press and hold the SkyBell Button down.
- While holding the button down the SkyBell LEDs will rapidly blink Green, then flash Red/Green, then blink Blue, then blink Yellow.
- Let go of the button when the LED is flashing Yellow.
- Once you let go the SkyBell LED will go Solid Yellow as it boots up.
- After the device boots up the LED will alternate Red/Green. The device is now in Sync Mode.

*Please Note: Hard reset will set the device back to factory settings and will require a full re-sync, any videos that were not downloaded will be removed.
