Follow these steps to reset your SkyBell Devices.
On some devices you may also recieve an audio prompt that conisides with the change in LED color.
Soft Reset (Reboot)
- Press and hold the SkyBell Button down.
- While holding the button down the SkyBell LEDs will rapidly blink Green, then flash Red/Green, then blink Blue.
- Let go of the button when the LED is flashing Blue
- Once you let go of the button, the device will go to either Solid Yellow, or Solid Dark Blue if a Slim Line as it boots up.
- The device will return to the Stand-By color.
Hard (Factory) Reset
Hard (Factory) Reset will set the device back to factory settings and will require a full re-sync, any videos that were not saved locally on users mobile device will be lost.
- Press and hold the SkyBell Button down.
- While holding the button down the SkyBell LEDs will rapidly blink Green, then flash Red/Green, then blink Blue, then blink Yellow.
- Let go of the button when the LED is flashing Yellow.
- Once you let go of the button, the device will go to either Solid Yellow, or Solid Dark Blue if a Slim Line as it boots up.
- After the device boots up the LED will alternate Red/Green. The device is now in Sync Mode.
