What SkyBell Do I Have?

SkyBell has designed and built devices not only for the D.I.Y. user, but we also built devices that integrate with partners such as Alarm.com (ADT, Brinks, etc.) and the Resideo Total Connect 2.0. app.

Please review the information below to best identify what SkyBell Video Doorbell you have, and what app or service it would work best with!

The SkyBell Trim II Pro will work on the SkyBell HD App, the new SkyBell App 

Both Apps are available in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.

You can see the Serial Number and model information by clicking the Gear Icon in the app and selecting Device Information.

On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well.

This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze.

The SkyBell Trim Plus works with the SkyBell HD App and the new SkyBell App, available in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.

You can see the Serial Number and model information by clicking the Gear Icon in the app and selecting Device Information.

On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well.

This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze.

The SkyBell Slim I

(purchased from skybell.com After November 2022)

Works with the SkyBell HD App and the new SkyBell App, available in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.

You can see the Serial Number and model information by clicking the Gear Icon in the app and selecting Device Information.

On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well.

The SkyBell HD 4.0 will work on the SkyBell HD App and the new SkyBell App available in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.

On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well.

This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze.

*Note: Some devices have been set up to exclusively work for Alarm.com and other alarm services. These devices may not sync with the SkyBell HD app or the SkyBell (Gen5) app. If you have issues with synching the device, please contact SkyBell support for help.

The Resideo DBCAM-TRIM2 will work on the SkyBell HD App and the Total Connect 2.0 App.

* Currently Resideo devices will not be able to use the new SkyBell (Gen5) app.

The Alarm.com Slim Line and Slim Line II, Sold as ADC-VDB105 / ADC-VDB106 are designed for Alarm.com with alarm service providers in mind.

These devices use the Alarm.com App, available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

You can see the Serial Number and model listed in the Alarm.com App.

On the rear of the device, you will see a decal that identifies the Serial and Model as well.

This device comes in both Silver and Oil Rubbed Bronze.

The SkyBell 3.1 will only work on the SkyBell HD App, available in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.
