If you're running into issues synching your Android Device to a SkyBell, you may need to enable your Android GPS Location Services.
To enable your GPS locations services
- Find and tap your 'Settings' menu.
- Find and tap 'Location' - your phone may show 'Location services' or 'Location
access' instead. - Tap 'Location' on to enable your phone's GPS.
Once your GPS Location Service is enabled attempt to sync. If the syncing still isn't successful, please submit a help ticket, or give us a call, and we can assist you further.
