The SkyBell Gen5 Application has different layers of notification settings.
We introduced additional notification controls for all users so everyone can find a configuration that best matches the users needs.
At installation you will be prompted to allow notifications.
This will enable permissions for SkyBell to send notifications via the device operating system.

Global App Notification Permissions.
At any time, this allows users to toggle permissions for SkyBell to send notifications via the device operating system.

| To get to the account page, click on the work Account (person icon) on the lower right of the main page. |
From the top of the account page, ensure that Notifications are enabled.
Device/Motion Level Notification Permissions.
This will enable permissions for SkyBell to send notifications via the device operating system.
