Item: Notifications not triggering for Shared User.
SkyBell Device: All
Customer Device: Android & iOS
SkyBell App Version: Current
Description: Shared users are not receiving notifications from doorbells that are shared with them. Notifications are working for primary users.
This is affecting both Button Press Notifications and Motion Notifications
Status: Engineering is working on isolating the cause and implementing a resolution. No ETA on repair.
Item: Username Case Sensitivity
SkyBell Device: All
Customer Device: Android & iOS
SkyBell App Version: Current
Description: Users are not able to login with valid username if the letter case (uppercase/lowercase) letters are mixed.
(Password Case Sensitivity is functioning normal)
Status: Try typing in the username matching the normal case sensitivity you used at signup. Or, use all lowercase for username when logging into the app.
